TeachWell believes administrators play a significant role in generating a healthy school climate and culture and resilient educators. 

Through Responsive Leadership, we practice self-regulation, cultivate emotional intelligence, and help you understand staff needs so that you can develop school systems of support and care.

Our Responsive Leadership framework is differentiated and individualized for school administrators and administrative teams. We collaborate with you to create a measurable and targeted plan to reach your school site’s goals.

We work with administrators to enrich their emotional intelligence, to learn to identify and respond to the social-emotional needs of their staff, and to cultivate a school climate and culture that fosters equity, empathy, and belonging in their school community.
